With a passion for education, Mr. Faye is the founder of Diapalé Education. In 2016, during his yearly trip to his hometown of Bargny, he recognized the immense need for students to have adequate school supplies and facilities. As an educational advocate with the knowledge of school systems, he created Diapalé Education. Since 2016, he has fundraised and donated hundred of books, writing supplies and is enthusiastic about the future of Bargny and its youth.
With nearly 40 years of experience, Mr. Faye is currently a world language teacher with an MSc in Banking and M.A.T. in French Language. Mr. Faye also has a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from Harvard University.
